Sunrise Sessions redefines the way Footscray wakes up, blending wellness, modern and upbeat music, and community into a unique morning experience that sets a new standard for starting the day. Planned as a festival-style event across two Sunday mornings in March and May , Sunrise Sessions will transform Yewers Street in Footscray into an energizing space where health and social connection take center stage.

Gone are the nights waiting to see a bangin’ DJ hit the decks well after midnight and waking with a hangover as a result. We're bringing a new way to groove into your day - whether that be barista coffee while busting a move, or a bloody mary to soften inhibitions and loosen up the limbs. The sole focus of Sunrise Sessions is tasteful, yet very Footscray - Groove the morning away with Jungle/House DJ beats by local- DJ Bean. The finest way to start the day and a fun one at that!

From nutrient-packed juices, protein smoothies + wholesome breakfast options to free dynamic stretching sessions, mindful breathwork mini workshops and complimentary 10 minute neck and shoulder massages - each detail is crafted to energise, enlighten, engage, uplift, and connect the local community.

A DJ-driven soundtrack and a quirky venue (in a General Store???) create the perfect setting for locals to reconnect with themselves and each other in a way that’s fun, accessible, and welcoming to all.

Harry & Larry’s have produced something extra special in the Footscray laneway they call home. 7 years in and this urban General Store offers an eclectic take on the traditional minimart.

Harry & Larry's oozes quirk and intrigue. With delicious coffees, everyday staples, fresh produce, small goods, dairy, meat, "urban" dog treats and well, everything in between - we think you will love it too.

Remember the corner store growing up? The smell of freshly baked bread. Fresh milk in glass bottles, oozy delicious cheese you could sample then take home and devour?
